Are any of you seed cycling or tried it? I just started today. Not the perfect timing I suppose since I'm expecting af in the next couple of days. But I have to start somewhere lol. I'm hoping it gets my hormones in check and regulates my cycles. I'm doing pumpkin and flax seeds cd1-14 and then sesame and sunflower seeds cd15-28.

Yes it does. It is said to balance your estrogen and progesterone levels naturally and can help your cycles become regular.
