I have the same one and it worked perfectly for me. Sorry they sent you a defective one, what a bummer. BUT i will say maybe a few more days won't hurt. I didn't hear Tyler until 11 weeks-ish. I tried furtively before then though!

Bonnie I have one too and I have always had problems with mine. It did something similar the first day and when I looked it up someone suggested really pushing the plug into the doppler and that's what got mine to make noise. Even now though I have to move it around different ways to make it work properly. It did work for me later on and I ended up using it everyday. I don't know if it was just a lemon or it has to do with sonoline. I'm glad your getting a refund on it.

That sucks! I'm sorry If you lived close to me I'd loan you mine for a few days LOL. I rented one of heartbeatsathome.com and then I bought it because I loved it so much. A little pricey but renting it is pretty cheap AND they work amazing. I found all my babies at 9 weeks suprisingly with no problem. It shjpped super fast too.

Hi Bebe BT-SOUNDKIT BT-Sound Fetal Monitor with Free Tube of Ultrasound Lotion - Coupons and Discounts May be Available

The hi bebe is on sale here for $75 with a free tube of gel. That's the one I got, and it works great. Also, I've had it for 6 weeks and listen to baby every other night, and I'm only just now running out of the first tube of gel. Good thing I ordered two more!
