Anyone know the sensitives of New Choice ( Dollar store brand) and First Signal (.88 Walmart cheapie)? Anyone ever get a blaring on dollar store test but a faint almost non existent like on First signal?

Any insight is appreciated

From what I understand both are 25 miu. The first signal dye takes a lot longer to get darker than the dollar store test however. I have never gotten any sort of evap or false line on First Signal, but I have gotten light lines with high HCG. I had betas drawn and with my first betta of 774 the test line was lighter than control on first signal and on Answer the test line was way darker. My next beta of 2700 was the same. First signal was way lighter and not as dark as control although darker and thicker than the first one. I say they work great, but dye concentration is definitely lighter

I have no idea..I have had evaps on the dollar store test, I assume they were evaps or I had a chemical and I just don't know it because I was late and had 4 positives then AF came nearly a week a late.
Good Luck!

Yes I've seen women get obvious lines on the $ store ones but have the Walmart ones take forever and a day to get a good line.

I've taken 2 tests (today and 2 days ago) with the dollar store brand (new choice?) and both were BFN. I haven't been tracking my ovulation but my best guess is that I'm 11dpo. I've been told they aren't very good for testing early (before your period) so I hope mine were just false negatives! I'll be testing with an internet cheapie tomorrow if it comes in the mail like it's supposed to.

Hope your testing comes back as a false negative

My dollar store test was a bust... the next morning completely stark white... which makes me mad after a very blaring positive the night before
