We've had all of the above at different stages. When he was younger it was mainly projectile with choking and gurgling, now it's more silent reflux but with gaging and coughing sometimes. He doesn't really projectile anymore but we still have really spitty days and it is seriously the grossest, nastiest smelling curdled mess.

When Ciara was a baby she would projectile. Now she has her GER under control with the prevacid. She is almost 4 but before she got on the previcid again, she would cough a lot and just throw up almost every time she ate.

Projectile vomit after every nursing session, silent reflux, hiccups, and gurgling at first. Now it's just projectile vomit once or twice a day, hiccups, and plain spitting.

DS has only really spit up maybe 3 or 4 times since birth. At first he would have his formula or breastmilk shoot out his nose and he would choke. Now that he is on Enfamil AR there's been practically no choking (yay!) and he's only spit up once but he gets frequent hiccups and coughs and gurggles a little bit. So glad we found that formula!

I BF'ed DD for the first few weeks in the hospital I noticed right away she had hiccups, spit up and coughing. The day we were released from the hospital I feed her then she projectile vomited.

DD's symptoms are; wet burps, spit up 2+ hours after eating, hiccups, coughing, choking, arches her back/neck during feedings, screams during feedings and something projectile vomits.

DD is on .5 Zantac x3 a day, it helps control the symptoms but then it stops working after a while and we have bump her dosage. The spit up is our biggest problem, sometimes she spits up 2.5 ounces! We're trying to get DD on a different medicine, we've changed formula a million times! I hold her for an hour to an hour and a half after feedings.
