When we first started using it, I would mix each bottle as he wanted them, but they were SO FOAMY that he would get all gassy. So I started making a bulk batch every morning, and I add a few drops of Little Tummies to it to kill the foam. And by it sitting in the fridge all day, it settles down so its like a milkshake by the time I pour it into the bottle. Just a tip in case any of you have problems with the foam!

We had to concentrate for extra calories, so I found that it was best to buy the premix concentrate. Less foam and gass. We weren't on this brand very long before switching to Nutramigen. Kyle later switched to Pediasure, and now we're on Nutren Jr.
