I've got the worst head cold and I want to take something that a) won't affect my milk supply B) won't knock me out c) won't affect Gabriel. Any ideas?

check out kellymom, they list all the meds and affects of each. I have personally taken pseudophed for a day or 2 and been ok. You could also try something like this... sinus rinseI have used this when I am congested and it does help a good bit and has no effects since there is no "medicine"

i actually just went to the clinic today for the same thing. I was told that I could have Sudafed PE. The PE part is important.. not sure why. But it is fine to take while nursing. Hope you feel better.
