I was never said to actually have PCOS, but I do have a lot of the symptoms... it runs in my family, I've had tons of cysts (including one big enough that required surgery), struggles with TTC (including fertility drugs) and even endo and I have had no problems breastfeeding. I nursed my last one and this one with no problems. Nursing has actually been a blessing because AF stays away for me. I went 7 months without it with my dd and my ds is 5 1/2 months old and AF is still MIA I have started to feel a few familiar stabbing pains on one ovary and am scared that things are gearing up again though

You should be fine, but if you do have supply issues, then try the More Milk Special Blend from motherlove.com. It is formulated specifically for nursing moms with PCOS.
