I have been trying to find an answer to this FOREVER and realized maybe someone on here would know. How long is milk that has been thawed to room temp, good for? I know if it is fresh it can sit out for 4 hours, but what about when you have thawed it? Maddie is good about throwing a fit for a bottle, but by the time its ready she has passed out. So, it'd be helpful to know how long we can still use it. Thanks!

fresh milk is good at RT for 8 hours. if you thaw (from frozen or refridgerated) to RT and she doesn't take or finish the bottle, you can put it back in the fridge and re-heat 1x for the very next feeding. then toss any after that feeding.

I agree, you don't want to leave it at room temp, but you can put it in the fridge and keep it for up to 24 hours.
