I'm doing a girls day out for mine and a friend's birthday where we'll be gone close to 12 hours. Vinny still eats every 2 hours so I'm wondering about pumping while I'm out. I live in Japan so there won't be lots of places to go to pump and I'm not sure what to do about storing it. I won't have a car nearby because we are taking the train everywhere. What would you do in this situation? Would you just pump when you got home or try and pump while out?

I would bring a small cooler pack and your pump and try to pump often. I know now, even at 20 months, I would have to pump every 4 or so hours of my boobs would explode.

I think if he nomally eats every 2 hours, trying to go 12 without pumping will leave you in a lot of pain. I can go 10 hours overnight, but it would be hard for me to do that during the day. Usually after 6 I'd be feeling some discomfort.
