Hi girls, I've never posted on this board, but I have a question. I have a 4 month old that is exclusively breastfed. I've never had any issues, but this morning I woke up with a very sore breast. It is so tender, even just holding the baby hurts. There's no redness and no lump either. My nipple has also started to hurt, almost feels like it's burning. I don't know what this could be....a clogged duct maybe? I am in pain and just hope some of you might have experience with this.

Thank you!!

Could possibly be thrush? Or mastitis? I would call your Midwife or OB or family dr if you have a fever or feel flu like.
