Am I crazy or does anybody else feel like they have very little feeling on and around the areola and nipple?
I have to check my blouse 40 times a day to make sure my boobs aren't showing bc I have basically no feeling there! I can't feel the wind blowing or anything. Lol.

I've had a few "accidents" where I forgot to put the girls away and had people around. Nothing worse than walking in a room of a people with a sagging boob dropping around out of your shirt.
Nothing worse unless you have TWO sagging boobs drooping around out of your shirt...

I never really thought about it, but I guess i don't have a whole lot of feeling there anymore. I nearly answered the door one day with a boob hanging out. Delivery man would have gotten a surprise, lol. I guess it makes sense though, having a little critter sucking on it all the time, you kind of need a bit of dulled sensation.

The sensation has dulled for sure, I just wish it would just dull completely for me. Colton is almost 11 months old and my nipples are always feeling raw and irritable. He has a high palate so in the beginning it felt as though I was constantly getting purple nurples lol Ouch! Now that hes gotten some teeth, its a brand new scraping feeling. I love the nursing relationship but I dont love the feeling of having injured nipples all the time!

I have been wondering about this. I have feelings in the nipples but the skin of the breast is way less sensitive to touch than the skin of the rest of my body.
