Anyone successfully breastfeed through an entire pregnancy with little to no decrease in supply?
Specifically for a child less than 1 who depends on breastmilk as the main nutrition still..

I don't have personal experience, but I do know several moms who have done it. I'm certain that you will notice a difference, either with the supply or the taste of the milk. It's hormonal and not much you can do about that.

Here's some info from Kellymom.com on nursing through pregnancy:

My sister nursed her first throughout her second pregnancy, and then did tandem nursing for a long time. Her kids are 21 months apart, though, so her first was about a year old when she got pregnant.

My neighbor did tandem nursing when her 2nd child came out. She barely had problems with her milk supply.

I am at the end of my pregnancy, and still nursing my 16 month old. However, when she was 10 months (start of my second trimester) my milk just about entirely vanished so i started offering fortified almond, flax, coconut milks then. But she still dry nursed this entire time too. It will be interesting to see how she reacts when my milk comes back really soon.

I have heard this is not every woman's experience, but the majority seem to experience a huge drop or even total loss of supply like i did.
