Every time my milk lets down, it burns a little. It does this all of the time. I can always tell when I am leaking into my pad because it starts to burn. It's not really painful, just uncomfortable, and there doesn't seem to be any effect on my milk supply.

Does this sound normal to you all?

Yes! IT happened to me with Corbin (though not with the other 2). It's lessened as he's gotten older; it's no longer painful, but I can tell when let down hits.

The only way that I can describe my milk let down is that my breast gets sore, almost like it hardens up. But to touch it, it doesn't feel like it gets hard (only when it got really full). It was and still is an uncomfortable feeling.

Yes, definately....with all three ! I describe it as more of a pins and needles kinda feeling. But, well worth it for my lil guy to get all the nutrition he needs ! I think its totally normal, though, some women can't even feel a let-down. Also, I feel it just b4 leaking as well....at least I get a heads up lol!
Best Wishes!!!
