I was just wondering since some fall out on there own if its actually that bad if you take it out i am asking for a friend that has one all i know is i had 1 removed a year after getting it and all they did was lie a pap openup and pull out any advice etc that i can give her.

I honestly have no idea .. I didn't know that you could take them out yourself ..? I hope someone else can help ya out on this one!

No - and all I know is that it is very strongly NOT recommended!!! You can do some pretty nasty damage removing your own IUD

DON'T DO IT!!! Those little things can perforate your uterus or cervix if they get in the wrong position, they must be removed by a professional.
