Hey there... So we need help deciding on what to do for Family Planning... I am reaching out because sometimes you can get the best help from non- family members. What would you recommend for someone who does not want to get pregnant again and who doesn't want periods ( or at least cut down on them).
These are what we are considering...Should I do Mirena- OR - should I do Essure procedure and take Seasonique for only 4 periods a year? I really need help making this decision. My husband and I are having trouble deciding and we are hoping that maybe having other input from other people might help us choose the best one... Any advice- anyone has- would be VERY helpful. Thanks so much! So again the choices are: Mirena OR Essure with Seasonique- We look forward to reading your suggestions!

I know nothing about Mirena or Seasonique, but I did get the Essure procedure done 4 months ago. Easy to do and relatively painless, but you may gain some weight.
