What would you ladies recommend for birth control while breastfeeding?

I have 4 children but will not get my tubes tied or ask my bf to get a vasectomy so that is off the table. When I started birth control my milk dried right up and I dont want that to be the case this time.

I am sadly not one of the lucky ones that doesnt have my cycles return for months after birth, they usually arrive about 4 weeks after my pp bleeding

Thank you in advance!

I just started taking the minipill. So far I'm not having any issues with producing breastmilk.

Its better to use condoms not bc pills which have a lot of side effects.
Best of luck
