So, I miscarried in June and ever since then my fiance and I have gone back and forth when it came to the pill. We know we both HAVE to go back on some sort of birth control, but I'm debating it!

I took the pill and got pregnant, stopped the pill after my miscarriage and decided to wait until 3 cycles to go back on it. Well, I had AF in July, missed in August, but we think that was caused by the stress of having to save for my cousins wedding & my vacation, etc. I did however, get AF in September. Now it's October 18th, and since I'm very regular (28 day cycles) AF is 6 days late and there is NO reason for it to be. I've taken 3 HPT and got 3 negative results each time.

What could this be???? Could it be the pill??

I'm so sorry about your loss.

Both stopping the pill AND miscarriage can make you irregular for awhile, and that's normal. Both of those are big hormonal events and it can take your body some time to regulate afterwards. Have you been tracking your fertility at all to see if and when you ovulated? If you know when ovulation occurs, then you'll know whether it's possible to be pregnant or not (because if it hasn't occurred yet, then it's impossible to be pregnant).

sounds like you cycle is just not back to normal yet

I had 3 m/c in 2005 and a baby in Feb 07 and my cycles are still not all the way back to normal

I was having a period every month on the 19th no matter what for years and years

and now they are all screwed up some months on the 23rd and others on the 26th ~ it drives me crazy ~

Thank you Brittany for my very pretty siggy!
