breakfast: cereal bar
snack:raw almonds and cheese stick
lunch:1/2 cup of chicken noodle soup and 2 crackers
snack:unsweetened applesauce


exercise: none today

breakfast: Special K Bar
snack: Turkey sandwich on 7 grain bread with fat free mayo
lunch: Homemade cheeseburger macaroni
snack: Myoplex
dinner: HUGE Grilled Chicken Salad with fat free cheese and fat free dressing
snack: String cheese and peas

water: 68 ounces

exercise: Just walking around campus, but I plan on doing a video in a few minutes, after I finish eating this salad. (Just got home from school and am having dinner now.) Actually didn't make it to the video because the kids informed me that I had to go to the store. Took them with me and made them walk around Wal-Mart for 30 minutes instead. Teach them to make me go to the store after a 12 hour day at school! LOL

breakfast: pancakes with sugar free syrup & egg whites
snack: pear
lunch: ham sandwich & cottage cheese
dinner: shepherd's pie
snack: cottage cheese, all bran cereal & skim milk & peanuts


exercise: 30 minutes strength training & 35 minutes on the treadmill
