For some reason I mysteriously gained 2 lbs this week for absolutely no reason and I got mad and sort of fell off the wagon for a few days. But I just did a 45 minute Turbo Jam workout AND 20 push ups!!!!!! So maybe all is not lost. And I hope I can blame it on AF if it ever arrives. Anyways, that's why I haven't posted much this week. But I think I'm better now!

WTG on the workout! As far as the weight goes, that could definitely be AF. I gain as much as 5 lbs when AF is around or about to arrive.

hormones can do craaaazy things to how you retain water (I lost 20 lbs within a week after having Kaylee )
