Okay, so I'm back at 187. I mean, it's up less than 2lbs, but it's not down. I was 181 when I got pregnant, 170 is my normal weight.

My husband leaves in 10 days for Air Force training. I wont see him again until January 30th. I really would like to get back on track and lose at least 20lbs by then. (it's like 10 weeks I think). And then there is no chance I'm getting pregnant again (we want to TTC in April) until I lose at least 20lbs, 30lbs would be better. So I really would like to get below 160 by April.

Lately I've been so tired, like I sleep, but I'm tired. Ten weeks of bad sleep (and not like anyone sleeps well the last 6 weeks of pregnancy) is really starting to get to me.

So I'm going to start small again and go for like 30 minutes 5 days a week, and work up from there.

This doesnt need any replies, I just had to say it. I feel better now.

Awe hugs to you. Don't get discouraged! Measure your inches if you can and put your scale up for a couple weeks and see what happens. Hang in there. You are doing good.
