snack: none
lunch: 2 ham&cheese lean pockets, sprite
dinner: 2 lowfat poptarts
snack: none

water: 1 glass

exercise: can't due to illness

Breakfast--Special K Bar, Cranberry-Black Cherry Juice
Snack--String Cheese, orange juice
Lunch--Turkey sandwich on 7 grain bread with fat free mayo, salad with fat free dressing
Snack--broccoli with cheese, green beans, 2 slices 7 grain bread
Dinner--2 homemade soft tacos
Snack--1/2 cup ice cream

Water--88 ounces

Exercise--Walking all over campus; but I plan to do an exercise video as soon as DH gets up (he's sleeping days and working nights right now, so I don't want to wake him by doing a video and stomping around); DH didn't want to get up since it was his night off, so I didn't get my workout. From now on I'm not going to worry about waking him up and I'm going to just do it!

snack: raw almonds
lunch: McD's kids meal w/diet coke
snack: raw almonds
dinner: 2 slices of pizza


exercise: 20 minutes on treadmill

breakfast: Blueberry muffin with lite butter & 1/2 of my coffee
snack: apple
lunch: salad with chicken salad( 1tbsp mayo), added carrots, 2 tbsn ranch.
snack: banana/strawberry lite yogart

water: 36+ oz

exercise: 2 miles walk

breakfast: 8oz coffee, 4 oz whole milk, 4 tsp sugar, shared a banana and shared a yo baby yogurt w/ collin
snack: choc. chip granola bar 4 oz of choc milk
lunch: 1 cup special k w/ 4 oz whole milk, 3 tsp sugar
snack: choc. chip granola bar, 6 oz ice tea
dinner: 2 oz pot roast, 1 small potatoe, 2 oz of corn
snack: special k cinnamin pecan bar

water: 3 16.9 bottles

exercise: 45 minutes brisk walking, 3 sets of 5 crunches, 50 jumping jacks with thomas, and 10 randitions of ring around the rosie

breakfast: pancakes with sugar free syrup, egg whites, & vegetarian sausage
snack: cottage cheese
lunch: chicken, rice, & black bean burrito with low fat sour cream and salsa and extra cilantro, yum!
snack: banana & peanut butter & jelly sandwich
dinner: kids meal from Arbys with turkey sandwich & applesauce


exercise: 30 minutes strength training
