Holy cow!!! I was doing my weight and measurements this morning and it was cold so I didn't want to stay naked to do it. So I got dressed this morning in my normal Saturday clothes, sweatpants, t-shirt, sweatshirt, tennis shoes, and undies. I got on the scale and decided that there was no way I had gained weight this week, so I stripped back down to do my weight and measurements. The difference in the scale was 6 pounds! I couldn't believe that my clothes weigh that much! So, anyone who is weighing and not wearing the same clothes, or doing like I do and going naked, you might want to change that habit because they can definitely make a difference. I knew they would make a difference, but I expected it to only be a pound or 2, not 6. I'm still in shock.

Um... Tonya! I only weigh in bra & panties first thing in the morning for that reason. The other morning I popped on a sweater first thing because I was freezing and I didn't put pants on and stepped on the scale. I *thought* that the sweater looked really light. I couldn't figure out how I could have gained weight so I took it off and reweighed. It weighed 2 lbs by itself. I checked it a second time to be sure too.
