Breakfast: 2 pieces French Toast made with 7 grain bread
Snack: cottage cheese and a peach
Lunch: turkey sandwich on 7 grain bread with fat free mayo, broccoli with cheese sauce
Snack: Peach and string cheese
Dinner: ravioli, carrots, 2 whole wheat rolls
Snack: caramel corn

Water: 112 ounces

Exercise: Treadmill--24 minutes, 1 mile, 2.5 mph, 23:31 in zone, avg. HR 118, 102 calories, 58% fat; Pyramid Upper Body--45 minutes, 24:12 in zone, avg. HR 112, 170 calories, 56% fat; Yoga Zone Fat Burning Session 1--20 minutes

Breakfast: Gas stations English Toffee Cappicino w/ 3 splenda and 2 oz milk

Snack: special k 90 cal bar

Lunch: chicken salad made w/ shredded carot, celery, cucumber and garlic, 2 whole chicken breast shredded, 1/2 cup mayo, made 6 servings, I had 1/4 cup over a bed of lettuce w/ 1 tbsp balsamic vinagerette and a slice of white toast.

Snack: granola bar

Dinner: 2 slices of CEC pizza, salad 1.5 mozz sticks


Water: 5 16.9 oz bottles

Exercise: 40 traditional crunches, running around CEC with my head cut off 45 minute brisk walk, with playing on a playground in between (climbing/swinging/running/jumping)

Breakfast: egg whites on an english muffin coffee with creamer
Snack: pear
Lunch: grilled tilapia and rice pilaf with double serving of mixed veggies (from Denny's)
Snack: lunch was huge so skipped afternoon snack
Dinner: spaghetti & peas


Exercise: none today
