Breakfast--chocolate pie, yes, I know, but I make it low fat so it's not that bad..LOL
Snack--Still full from Thanksgiving so I didn't have snacks like normal today, but I did force myself to eat meals.
Lunch--pasta in tomato sauce
Dinner--two burritos with cheese sauce

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Danskin Strength & Tone, 25 minutes, 13 in zone, avg. HR 120, 109 calories, 51% fat; Women's Edge Banish Your Belly, 17 minutes, 7 in zone, avg. HR 109, 54 calories, 56% fat; Cyberfit Plyometrics, 25 minutes, avg. HR 105, 81 calories, 53% fat; Flex Appeal Shoulders and Arms, 24 minutes, 9 in zone, avg HR 109, 87 calories, 56% fat; Young Olympians Martial Arts Training Video 1, 23 minutes, 11 in zone, avg. HR 115, 91 calories, 52% fat; Yoga Zone Fat Burning Session 2, 20 minutes. Total--134 minutes

Breakfast-- egg whites on a WW bagel & a banana
Lunch-- blackbean burger on bun, & squash, beans, & spinach
Snack-- salad
Dinner-- sweet chicken teriyaki sub from Subway
Snack-- banana


Exercise-- 80 minutes (5 miles) on treadmill

Breakfast-- Kashi Good Friends, 1% milk on top, Danactive Light

Snack-- Cheddar cheese slice

Lunch-- Chicken salad, light ranch, cheese

Snack-- Grapes

Dinner-- Cherrios, 1% milk on top

Water-- 32oz

Exercise-- Walked about 2 miles, arm exercises
