I was feeling quite proud of myself doing my squats yesterday with the trainer. I have a heck of a time with them. Every time they get heavy I have a hard time keeping good form and not straining my back because I am not keeping in good form. Anyhow, I *was* feeling really good about it so I asked my trainer how much weight was on there. --- boo me, it was only 50 pounds. Now I really don't have a goal to get to 300 pounds like you, but dang girl you are awesome! My trainer did tease me and tell me he could throw 250 on there if I wanted him too. I just laughed.

ROTFLMAO! Yeah, not many people want to lift like I do. But then again, I would never get on an elliptical and go for miles and miles like you do. Or run for that matter. Everybody has their thing.
