Breakfast-- Honey Nut Cherrios, 1/2% milk on top, DanActive Light, Whole wheat toast with PB
Snack-- Turkey roll up
Lunch--Greek salad with chicken, Pita Bread
Dinner-- Whole Wheat pasta, Feta, Onion, Tomato sauce


Exercise-- Cardio Kickboxing, Abs

Breakfast--Granola Bar
Lunch--tomato soup and probiotic pudding
Snack--orange juice
Dinner--macaroni and cheese
Snack--None, my throat is so sore that I had to switch to soft foods/liquids after the granola bar killed it this morning, so I didn't want to eat anything else.

Water--64 ounces

Exercise--Just walking around campus. Not sure if I feel up to doing anything else tonight or not.

Breakfast-- banana
Lunch-- cheeseburger, fries and diet drink *bad I know*
Snack-- 100 calorie snack pack & later a granola bar
Dinner-- chicken tacos

Water-- 32 oz

Exercise-- 30 minutes walking away the pounds video

Breakfast-- low fat vanilla yogart with kashi cereal (a few pieces of tropical fruit chunks)
Lunch-- left over jack daniels rib (3 pieces) and 1/4 jack daniels chicken with zucchini pasta salad
Dinner-- 1 fried chicken breast with 1 biscuit and 1/2 fried zucchini yummy sweetened ice tea

Water-- 32 oz (or more)

Exercise-- 10 minutes elliptical, 1 hour step aerobics
