Breakfast: 2/3 cup egg beaters with 1/2 c. spinach, 1/4 cup mushrooms and 1 tablespoon low fat cream cheese

Snack: small banana

Lunch: 1 serving mushroom soup

Dinner: taco salad with guacamole, fat free sour cream, cheese, tomato & onions

hard boiled egg
low fat cheese stick

Snack
20 walnuts

Lunch
Grilled Chicken Ceaser Salad

Snack
lowfat cheese stick

Dinner
Grilled Chicken breast
1 c. Green Beans w/almonds
1 c. Cauliflower w/parmesan cheese

Dessert
ff fudgesicle

Hey Samantha!

Thanks so much. I went out & bought the SB book & am dedicated to doing it successfully this time. No holidays in the way, so it takes a lot of the temptation away!

Bfast: 1 cups of Total w/strawberries cereal, 2 % milk. 16.9 oz, diet citrus green tea.
20 oz of water

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pot roast, with vegetable and mashed potatos, berries n cream fat free yogurt.
8oz of diet coke.

40oz of water

snack: cottage cheese with pineapple & 20 oz of water ( Ate it, but didnt like it, wont be eating that again)

dinner: 1 chicken breast (broiled) 1 cup of white rice and 2 cups of steamed brocoli.
20oz of water.

skinny cow fudge bar

mmm are these good? i love the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches.

breakfast:
vanilla light n fit yogurt with kiwi cut in

snack:
jujubees (ugh so bad candy! lol)

lunch:
2 perogies
brown rice and chicken

dinner:
will be ground beef and fried brown rice.

OK I HAVE TO ADD: the issue with the brown rice is that i accidently made like 8 CUPS of rice and so i need to eat some everyday so that it can GO but it doesn't get wasted lol
