I carry a cooler full of healthy snacks and bottled water and keep it in my car. Whenever I go to the car between classes to swap out books, I grab a snack. I'm also going to be eating lunch in the cafateria this semester. They have a great salad bar and also some other good healthy choices.

Last semester I really slacked with exercise and eating right- in fact I didn't do it at all. The semester before that I was up at 5 AM everyday to hit the gym before class. This semester however, my class doesnt start until 11 30 on Fridays, and 9 on Wednedays. I hope to get to the gym Sunday nights and Monday mornings. I usually dont have class on Mondays unless i have a test anyways and then I work Monday nights. I don't think I will be able to get to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays at all- I have clinicals those days and all my paper work is due on Fridays. I can get to the gym before class on Wednesdays as well. I hope to get Abby used to the gym day care. I can work out at home on Saturdays as well. It is doable, I've cut back on my work schedule at Chilis by one shift over last semester. I need to make this my number one priority. It is just so busy, I can't wait until I am finished with school.

I usually pack a lunch for school as well, and carry loads of water with me.

I'm full time starting Monday as well, but my classes are all online. I'm not sure exactly how that will work, but I'm hoping that it means I can still do my classes at the Y.

I won't dare start school again till DH comes back. The hardest thing will be motivating urself to wake up earlier than ur class to exercise or to do it when u come home. If this means that you exercise in spurts several times a day, so be it. If ur classes don't start till 9 and 11 am, there's plenty of time to get it done before then. I often look at it like this, after 30 minutes to an hour of not exercising, what was I doing?? Watching tv, sitting here on the pc, etc... If you can afford to wake up early...i'd just do that. good luck!
