Have you ever used any? is there a certain brand that is good? is there any home made ones? like i know of the cabbage soup diet but that is just horrible!

Only if you've been constipated for like a month. Seriously, when you do those detox things, you're just emptying your bowels, not actually losing fat. Upping your fruits and veggies will do the same thing but without the explosive results.

Ough! that reminds me of the first time I heard about this and a friend emailed me pictures of what comes out...!!

I was thinking about it a few weeks ago (colon cleansing, right?), then I started going for BM so many times so much so I reconsidered the idea. I was thinking of total cleanse but during my research, I saw how much people have been conned with their accounts being charged multiple times without their authorization; and I just said to myself "how can I get over being scammed on colon cleansers" different story but after much research, i would drink metamusil before doing the chemical cleansing ...but for now am upping my fibers

Yea over all I dont hear many great things about these cleansers. Yes it was a colon cleanse.

I agree. If you're not having constipation problems I don't think you need them. And honestly if you increase your fiber and water that should be enough to fix that too without needing anything.
