So i weighed in this morning and the scale said 185.6...WOW! Last time ig ot the scale to say that was in July and although i did get down to 182, it was when i had the stomach flu, so that doesn't count. I am so . Because i have 10 lbs left! It IS the weekend though and that's when i tend to eat out.. So i have a left over ediet's breakfast that i skipped to eat cereal yesterday and I added 1 egg beater to it, so it's still 190 cals. I am going to try my best to plan out whatever i will have for lunch and I know what i am having for dinner (grilled chicken breast with peppers)

Girls i not only want to make it to at most 175 for DH's return home, but i am so tired of being stuck in the mid-upper 180's for so long that I want to be successful yet again!

that is so cool !!

Why do you have to eat out on the weekend??!!! ... stay home girly and make yourself some delicious, nutritious food.

You can do it!!!! You've been working so hard. I'm sure you'll have the determination to eat healthy and continue your exercise and will be at 175 in no time!

Maybe you could do a "eating out" at home type thing this weekend. Look online for healthy versions of your fav recipes that you eat out--it'll save you money and calories!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well the reason i eat out is cause i am normally out of the house. MIL and I planned on going to see a movie today. I will do my best to do it after lunch and before dinner. Sometimes we stay out longer than we plan and that kills everything cause we end up eating out. BUT i plan on getting subway if that happens for dinner, but i am sure we wont' be out until after lunch since she is going to see frmr President George Bush and Pres Elect Barack Obama on the naval base today and that may be a couple of hours so i'll be eating lunch. Depending on which theater we go to, i may just go ahead and eat my favorite vietnemese soup or subway...so i guess i got a good plan for today. Now i have to work on Sunday lol.

Oh and I am going to buckle down and sneak my vic's popcorn in or just get a small popcorn and no butter, but share it with the kids.

If you go out pick some place decent to eat. I love Olive Garden! They have their fit fare menu and it's delicious and low cal too! I also like TGI Friday's. They have some healthy choices as well as Applebees. I eat Subway and Taco Bell a lot if I do fast food. So, even if you have to go out there are plenty of things you can pick that our good for you. Stay strong Pamala!
