It depends on what you are eating, the size, how much, raw vs cooked etc. Most is low cal though. Mydailyplate.com has a place where you can type your food in & it will tell you how much.

I will be totally honest, once i started eating tons of fruits and logging my cals in dailyplate.com again, i have lost 5 lbs since Jan 4th. That's even with taking a week out of the gym for being sick. I had lost a lot of weight when i first started when i was eating this way and i slowly incorporated the bad stuff and stopped seeing the results.

never feel bad for going over 1200 calories for fruits...well at least i don't think it should be a big deal at all

You can eat tons and tons of veggies. Fruits, some have more calories than others, but even at that you can eat quite a bit.

it matters, i mean you add them to your daily caloric intake. If you were to go over 1200 calories because of eating fruits or veggies, i wouldn't fret, they are important in your diet anyways. I end up eating them to meet my caloric goals.

but if you eat sugar free jello, that's got virtually no calories (10 calories) and that's a good guilt free filler
