SO thats why ia m slacking. I actually really screwed up i ateso much adn itsonlu 11:16 i amso mad but ihave been gettingreallydissapointed about stayingaround teh same weight for dayson end. I hardlyateyesterday except fora yogurt forbreakfast and a 2 g of fat soup forsupper and a banana and a orange inbetween adn i stayed teh saem weight... grrr this has never happend before but i promise tomorrowi will be right back on track.]

i was not on yesterday due tohaveingschoolall day and night.

don't be down on yourself becky and if you only messed up this morning, that is fine, you can even it out for the rest of the day. Just lessen your lunch and your dinner and stock up on your fruits and veggies. It's okay, don't be hard on yourself, take each day as they come, you'll get better at it!

did i mention i am a binge eater. I really messed up this morning i was a bit embarresed to post but this is whatihad

when i went tomy moms ihad 3 choclate chip cookies. than after i dropped my son off at school i had a ham and cheese crossiant with no egg a hasbrownsmall and a small soda. than when i went shhopping i bought a mt dew 20 oz adn a 50 cent bag of dorrritoes.

yes the day is totally balsted.. But i am determinedtoget back on teh wagon tomorrow. i am also lookinginto going to curves.i use to go and lost over 20 inchest here

Just because you had a bad morning Becky, doesnt' mean you rule out the rest of the day. Like Pamala said.. so what if you had a bad morning.. just eat better the rest of day. and then try your best tommorow to eat healthier.

Remember this to, eating less probably does more harm then good. Not only will you feel miserable and hungry, but you will mess up your metabolism and trick your body into thinking that you are in starve mode.... if it's in starve mode then everything you eat will get stored as fat. So dont' be scared to eat, just eat good wholesome foods.

Well, to me it sounds like you got your "It Makes Me Feel Good Group" in for today, now eat healthy the rest of the day and you'll be fine. And the reason you didn't lose yesterday was because you didn't eat enough. YOU HAVE TO EAT!!!! Eating too little actually puts the body in starvation mode and trains the body to store fat. So, what you ate today isn't really as bad as you think. Yeah, you could have made healthier choices, but you have to feed your body more often and more food or else you won't see the results you want.

It's ok hun you can do it. Just because you messed up this morning doesn't mean you can't finish out the day strong. Don't give up. And you shouldn't be weighing yourself everyday if it's going to discourage you. Weight can fluctuate every day by a couple pounds. If your scale is frustrating you don't use it for awhile. You really don't need to weigh yourself every minute to see if you lost weight. And like Ana said on days when you eat very little don't expect the scale to change because you are actually doing a lot more harm than good especially if you are exercising as well.

I have major problems with binge eating. I can totally relate. I know for me when I have a binge I have a hard time getting back on track that day. My best advice is to prevent them from happening in the first place. First, get the junk out your house. Give it away, feed it to the dog, dump it out, throw it away if you have to, but don't have it in your house. Then, next bit of advice is to EAT. I think if you ate as little as you posted that is just bound to trigger a binge. Eat a good breakfast and a good mid morning snack. Buy plenty of fruits and veggies and then if you have to eat all day, eat all day. Just eat healthy foods. Make your first goal getting off of the junk. Now, for myself, I have a whole lot of foods that I just can't keep in my house any more because they trigger binges. Now, that is not to say I don't eat them, but I try to plan them for days that I plan to have a splurge for that day. A scheduled cheat meal, and then I try to buy just enough for that meal. I buy things in single servings sizes or I make sure that my kids are around and give them all one too so that way there is no binging on the food. Anyhow, try to pick yourself up today. If you can't pull it together that's okay too. Just pull it around tomorrow. It might take some time to break these habits. Promise me this though. Promise me you will eat a nice good breakfast tomorrow and a good mid morning snack. Be proactive. Eat if you are hungry. Hunger is one sure way to trigger a binge. Hang in there and don't quit.
