Breakfast-- 1/2 c. Oatmeal w 2 tsp brown sugar, water
Snack-- animal crackers, water
Lunch-- chesses and crackers, banana, water

Water-- 34 oz

Exercise--

Comments/Thoughts-- I'm eating out tonight at incredible pizza with the moms of multiples group. I really hope I don't mess up too bad.

Breakfast-- 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1/4 cup milk & splenda. 1 piece ww toast, kiwi. 10 oz water
Snack-- Nothing
Lunch-- Fish sticks and kool aide
Snack-- Cobbler [small]
Dinner-- chicken pizza, salad [1 slice]
Snack-- Nothing

Water-- 56 oz

Exercise-- 1.5 mile walk, 30 day shred.

Comments/Thoughts-- Tired, bloated, crampy. AF is here ugh.

Snack-- 1 cup Jello
Lunch-- Salad with lite honey mustard dressing, small spaghetti
Snack-- Tangerine, 1 cup cheerios, half cup skim milk
Dinner-- Chicken, Rice, Broc
Snack-- Jello

Water-- A lot... I was constantly drinking and lost track

Exercise-- Heavy housework, Weight training line, 25 minutes cardio (bike and treadmill)

Breakfast-- 1/2 c oatmeal, 3/4 c 1% milk, 1 tsp brown sugar
Snack-- 3 pb/cheese crackers (light version)
Lunch--pb and simply fruit on whole wheat, 6oz Dr Pepper
Snack-- 1oz sharp cheddar
Dinner-- Denny's plain turkey sandwich and French fries
Snack--

Water-- 48oz so far

Exercise-- Wii tennis 30 min (and yes for now I'm counting it! 30 minute slow walk )

Comments/Thoughts-- Woohoo! Payday = better snacks!

Breakfast-- 1/2 cup egg beaters w/ pepper and potato skillet and cheese, & Mocha Latte
Snack--banana
Lunch-- baked boneless chicken and cheesy potato casserole added 1 svg broccoli 1/2 cup 2% milk
Snack--red delicious apple
Dinner--beef pot roast with new potatoes and corn
Snack--multi grain bread with 1.5 tbsp pb & banana

Water--20 oz powerade 50 oz water

Exercise--1 hour strength training class & 50 minutes elliptical

Comments/Thoughts-- finally figured out some other snack options cause i had way too many grams of sugar...fooey

Breakfast-- multi grain cheerios w/2% milk & coffee w/fat free creamer
Snack-- fiber one bar
Lunch-- healthy choice cafe steamers & jello w/fruit
Snack-- 100 cal snack pringles, a bag of famous amos cookies
Dinner-- belgian waffles w/sugar free syrup
Snack-- ice cold apple slices

Water-- 120 oz

Exercise-- 25 min. on eliptical, 20 minute walk outside & 30 minutes WATP video at home

Comments/Thoughts-- yesterday I'm pos. I consumed too much salt so today I'm going to really watch my salt intake, and up my water for today.
I'm really wanting to see a 2lbs loss from last friday tomorrow.

Breakfast-- Fiber One cereal with skim milk
Snack-- nothing
Lunch-- Whole wheat pasta with meatsauce, 1 cup of veggies
Snack-- FiberOne bar
Dinner-- 1 cup of brown rice, 3 oz of flank steak, 1 cup of veggies
Snack-- nothing yet.

Water-- 4 cups.. i'm falling behind.

Exercise-- No walk today, both my kids are so sick so I didnt take her to school.

Snack-- Almonds and a Cheese Stick
Lunch-- French Dip Sandwich with a salad (I opted out of the fries!)
Snack-- Cheese Stick and some M&Ms
Dinner-- Spagetti Os

Water-- 2 liters

Exercise-- 2 miles with the girls

Comments/Thoughts-- I am soooooooo not doing well on the eating part... but I haven't skipped any miles with the girls this week and I've actually been going to the gym... I really need to stock my food up, that's half my problem.

PS... shopping day for us tomorrow, I'm not sure if I will be able to check in and I KNOW that my only exercise will be walking around the stores with a 15 lb baby on my front LOL

Breakfast--scrambled egg beater sandwich on 2 slices 7 grain bread
Snack--strawberry banana smoothie with protein powder
Lunch--salad, chicken wrap, and banana
Snack--veggie soup and 2 slices 7 grain bread
Dinner--
Snack--

Water--56 ounce so far

Exercise--Walked around campus, 1 mile (got the pedometer that tells me miles too)

Breakfast--1 strawberry nonfat yogurt, 1 piece of jennie-o turkey bacon
Snack--
Lunch--1 sandwich(1 piece of whole wheat bread, 1 slice of cooked ham,1 slice of cheese)
Snack--
Dinner--1 4 oz piece of cube steak, 1/2 cup of fettuccini noodles
Snack--100 cal pack of cheese nips, chunky healthy request soup

Water--4 glasses so far

Exercise--bike for 30 min- another 30 when I get off work, running up and down stairs and arm exercises with 3lb weights
Comments/Thoughts--I am energized today, body is a little sore but all in all good!!
