I got my ball back. I've been doing ab work on it. Anyone know any good back and lower abdominal exercises? MY arms and legs get worked out on my elliptical, so I've started doing 15 min of weight/resistance work before I do my cardio. I want to focus on my core. I've been looking on youtube, but that isn't much help. The dilema I'm in is that I have a bad back w/ scoliosis and broken tail bone (not broken anymore, but it hasn't been right since I broke it) ... anywho - laying on my back and lifting my legs is EXTREMELY painful, it feels like I am about to break my bumm bone in half.

So any website referral would be helpful. Thanks.

Here's a decent one I found. - stability ball exercises She's got a few decent ab exercises. A lot of those ab workouts on you tube you got to weed through. It seems to me that a bunch of them are just guys showing off and really hard exercises and for me my lower back is week so I had to start with and still can't do a lot of the advanced ab workouts.

ACE Fitness has an exercise library (last time I looked the link was in the lower right corner of the main page). They have it broken down by body part, but there are ball exercises in most of the catagories.
