Breakfast -yo crunch yogurt and a half of bananna and Orange juice
Snack -nothing
lunch-ham and fat free cheese on light wheat bread and a chocolate skim milk
Snack -nada
Dinner -smart one lasagne
Snack -small slither of b-day cake

Water -16.9oz

Exercise - 20 minutes

Comments/Thoughts -feeling good so far

Breakfast - 2 pc french toast w/ strawberries, 1/2 pc turkey bacon, 1 cup light OJ
Snack -
lunch- broccoli and beef and white rice (tried not to eat all the sauce and didn't eat all the rice) the mall i ended up going to didn't have any good food choices and i didn't want their salad, so well oh well
Snack - smoothie with strawberry banana and orange
snack- dinner was past 8 o'clock and i didn't think they were going ot have a birthday cake (stupid me) so i had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich no added sugar
Dinner - crusted red snapper with vodka cream sauce, baked potato and salad with feta cheese & red wine vinegarette
Snack - birthday cake (yum)

Water - not enough i think 32

Exercise - 30 day shred when i get in (was able to do most of it)

Comments/Thoughts - not a good day, i wanted a cheat but not as much as I did, although not detrimental. New dawn, new day

Breakfast - 1 cup fiber one w/ skim milk
Snack - yogurt
lunch- bison burger w/ salad
Snack - fiber one bar
Dinner -
Snack -

Water - 16 oz so far

Exercise - Rest day....except I'll be walking around Austin all day

Comments/Thoughts - Going to Austin for a visit...exploring etc. Oh and Cabela's

Breakfast - chewy chocalte chip granola bar (100)
Snack - yogurt( 115)
lunch- 1/2 bag of doritos ( 225)
Snack - 100c alorie pringles (last one YAYYYY) and a 2 % mozz. String stick (70)
Dinner -healthy choice beef pot roast soup (170), abotu 5 of ds homemade fries lol
Snack - banana(120), 100 calorie fudgesicle (100)

Water -48 oz so far

Exercise - heavy cleaning, exercise dvd, jumping jacks, jogging, arm lifts, leg lifts, bicycle crunches.

Comments/Thoughts -Weigh in day tomorrow! I know it's not gonna look pretty lol. Still have calories left which is great!

lunch- hamburger, cheese puffs (we were at a party)

Dinner - kielbasa and potatoes, 1 pc French bread

Exercise - strength training

Breakfast -1 pkg of apple cinnamon oatmeal, two slices of toast with spray butter
Snack -Yoplait yogurt (apple turnover)
lunch- ham sandwich on wheat with honey mustard, pretzels
Snack - light fudge bar, Yoplait yogurt (boston creme pie)
Dinner - spaghetti with meat sauce (lean ground beef) onions, green peppers and mushrooms.
Snack - 2 hershey kisses, popcorn

Water - 85 ounces

Exercise - 30 day shred, Walked 1 1/4 mile, ran 1/4 of a mile (and nearly died, but I did it!)

Comments/Thoughts -I'm never running again. Until Monday at least!

lun: no lunch still full
diner: pork loin, green beans w/ potato and oinion... fresh corn? I dunno

Breakfast-2 oatmeal/ww/applesauce/raisin/walnut muffins, glass pomegranite/blueberry juice
Lunch-2 pcs. enchilada casserole (cheese, lean beef, black beans, corn, ww tortilla, tomatoes), 2 mini peppermint patties, skim milk
Snack-homemade trail mix (mg cheerios, dark choc, almonds, raisins), skim choc milk (Ovaltine)
Dinner--lean meatloaf with ketchup, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, skim milk
Snack-Yoplait choc mousse

Water-lost track, but at least 96 ounces

Exercise-can't yet

Thoughts--It's actually warm here today, and I wish I could get outside to walk, but DH is gone most of the day. Ugh!

Lunch - 1 hot dog with cheez whiz, a few bbq chips, 1 gingerbread cookie, milk, coffee
Snack - yogurt with granola sprinkled on top
Dinner - homemade pizza, coke
Snack -

Water - 3 cups

Exercise - 40 min. dance video

Comments/Thoughts - food choices aren't great today but at least I'm not overeating. And I feel great now that I've exercised!

Breakfast- 1c FiberOne cereal, 1c skim milk
Snack- Apple
Lunch- 2 small slices of Freschetta's Supreme pizza (pepperoni, peppers, onions)
Snack- none
Dinner- 3oz Broiled chicken breast, bell peppers, onions, 1c mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), 1c brownrice w/cuscous
Snack- 2 small blueberry muffins

Water: 5cups

- 30 day shred

Breakfast -2 slices Peanut butter toast, coffee
Snack -nothing
lunch- healthy choice chicken noodle soup bowl, hummus and baby carrots, apple
Snack -
Dinner -Going out to chevy's. It is my 1 "cheat" meal per week. Well not really cheat, since I count the points, but it is a BIG meal - usually 20 points worth
Snack -dont' know yet, if I'm hungry a skinny cow, if I'm not, nothing

Total WW points is 34-37 depending on if I eat my final snack or not

Exercise -

Comments/Thoughts - blah, need to work out. I have a rib injury which is preventing me from doing anything too strenuous but I sooo need to get back on it.
