Last week was the week from you-know-where. I worked three days night shift and three days on daylight. I was completely backwards and didn't know forwards from backwards. I put in 55 hours like that! Oi! Not to mention it was also finals week for my school. I just finished and submitted my last project about an hour ago. So now I need to get back on track. The up-side is that my DBF's EMS base was doing some housecleaning so they let him take the recumbent (sp?) bike that was in their basement. So now I have a treadmill, a stationary bike, a weight machine and a stability ball. There's pretty much no excuses left not to work out most days. Especially since I start my FINAL semester in 2 weeks! YAY!

PR's: 5k-25:05 (old PR 25:10), 5M-45:03 (old PR - 47:22), 10k - 52:00 (approximate - training), HM-2:25:58 (ran a 2:17:36 during marathon), Full- 4:49:25 (old PR -5:49:40), 50k-7:05:56, 50M-13:31:14, 100k- 18:59:31 (old PR 20:56)
(All of these PR's are going down this season!)

that's nice, so your almost done with school? I can't wait to get to that point. Sounds like you've got a great setup to get back into the groove

Ugh! I've had those weeks. DH just switched from nights to days this week, so we've been basically not sleeping either. LOL The good news is that all that exercise equipment will help raise your endorphin levels and chill you out some so you don't stress about those crazy shifts.

We all have those weeks, I had a super bad week this last week too.
