What 5 points can get you...a little or a lot...

1 c orange juice
1/ c granola
1/2 c fat free milk
1 c coffee


1 small banana
1/2 c whole-grain bran flakes
1/2 whole-grain english muffin
1 tsp sugar-free jam
1/2 c fat free milk
1 c coffee

for 9 points

1 serving (4 x 2 1/2-inch) meat lasagna
1c salad greens
2 tbsp fat free italian dressing
1c fat free milk


1/2 c whole wheat penne
1/4 c reduced-fat pasta sauce
with 1 c mixed veggies
1 c broccoli
1c salad greens
2tbsp fat free italian dressing
1 high fiber roll
1 c fat free milk

It's all about our choices, no matter how we are trying to lose this weight.

I agree. You can spend your points/calories/carbs wisely or not so wisely.

ITA. We have a flipchart at WW that shows what you can get for toast. 4 pts for 2 slices of white or 2 pts for 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread or WW bread. That's just an example.

Not to mention, when you add in what we WW ppl call the healthy guidelines, you start noticing how much more food you can have. Like fruit, veggies, whole grains, etc instead of just junk.
