Breakfast-- Cheerios with 1/2 cup skim milk
Snack-- nothing
Lunch-- whole wheat pita with turkey, baked cheetios, and side salad with ff dressing
Snack-- ??
Dinner-- Low fat taco casserole, homemade salsa with baked tortilla chips
Snack-- ??


Exercise-- level 1 30 day shred

Breakfast--homemade hashbrowns in evoo, turkey ham, 2% cheese, 1 pc ww toast, oj
Snack--coffee w/sf creamer, 2 strawberry newtons
Lunch--2 baked corn dogs, veggie/spinach salad w/ff French
Snack--cereal + skim milk
Dinner--chix/veggie primavera over ww spaghetti, skim milk
Snack--shared DQ waffle bowl (splurge), ff yogurt


Exercise--50 min Turbo Jam CP 3

Breakfast-- seven grain bread and honey, OJ
Snack-- coffee
Lunch-- spicy pepper pasta, milk (lots of carrots, onions & tomatoes)
Snack-- yogurt topped with granola
Dinner-- hamburger, bit of munchie mix, sugar snap peas, iced tea, rhubarb crisp w/ ice cream

Water-- 3 so far

Exercise-- did 40 min. of turbo jam

Breakfast-- Fiber pop tart, strawberry kiwi vitamin water
Snack--baked cheetos
Lunch--bologna and cheese on wheat, pickle
Dinner--chicken fried rice (homemade w/ brown rice)

Water--50 oz

Breakfast-- a slice of cold pizza
Snack-- n/a
Lunch-- Shakeology, chocolate w/cinnamon, banana and PB mixed in
Dinner-- nothing yet.. I didn't realize how much the shake would fill me
Snack-- n/a

Water-- I didn't take in NEARLY as much as I should have today. I was super busy. The whole day's worth of water intake today is what I usually take in on ONE bike ride.
