Breakfast-- 2 special k waffles, sf syrup, coffee, 1/2 banana
Snack-- lite string cheese, strawberries
Lunch--

Exercise--

Thoughts & Feelings-- 155 this morning so I gained one pound back over the long and food filled weekend... not too bad. I'm aiming for 153 by friday.

Breakfast--2 wg cinn/raisin toast w/natural pb and banana, Harvest Surprise
Snack--coffee w/sf creamer, skim choc milk
Lunch--grilled chicken, fruit (blackberries today), dried fruit (cherries and cranberries today), 2% shredded cheddar, whole grain croutons, almonds, and sesame ginger dressing, spinach
Snack--Edy's ice cream w/small waffle bowl
Dinner--bbq ribs, asparagus w/evoo, skim milk
Snack--light strawberry shortcake

Water--96+ ounces

Exercise--50 min BL Power Sculpt

Breakfast--2 slices 7 grain toast with strawberries
Snack--Protein smoothie (banana, 6 strawberries, 8 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice, 2 scoops protein powder)
Lunch--turkey sandwich on 7 grain bread, potato salad
Snack--chocolate pie
Dinner--rotini, green beans, spinach, 2 slices garlic bread
Snack--ice cream

Water--104 ounces

Exercise--Sportskool Ultimate Workout 2--Upper Body--35 minutes; Treadmill--45 minutes, 1.923 miles

Thoughts & Feelings--sluggish this morning from the cookout and rest day yesterday. Glad to be back on my normal routine this morning.

Breakfast-- 3/4 cup FF cottage cheese w/honeydew and country pumpkin granola and sesame seeds

Snack-- nothing - had a late breakfast
Lunch-- grilled cheese &tomato sandwich (whole grain wheat bread), 2 slices white american, sliced tomatoes), a golden apple w/natural PB
Snack-- none
Dinner-- seasoned and baked orange roughy, 3/4 cup brown rice, corn on the cob
Snack-- 1 cup plain soy yogurt, granola, honeydew, sesame seeds and almonds
and then a few potato chips again! ugh, i'm throwing them away. we NEVER have chips in the house. Never ever. But we went to a BBQ and were suppose to bring the chips. They ended up not getting eaten and no one else would take them home. I should have returned them to the store. I didn't think of that until now.

Water-- I've lost count but I'm almost positive I already reached my daily goal amount.

Exercise-- I ended up kicking BUTT on Slim in 6 Ramp It Up!

Thoughts & Feelings-- I think AF is about to show up because I'm feeling extremely unmotivated. I just want to sit aorund and do nothing. I'm resisting working out, I've eaten chips all this weekend and want more. Then yesterday, the cookies that didn't even tempt me, I wanted to eat one on top of a potato chip.... so yeah I think AF is on her way

Bfast: mini bagel w/cream cheese & coffee w/ff creamer
Snack: banana
lunch: low cal meal- steak w/peppers & mushrooms, in gravy over noodles (not good ) and an apple
snack: kudo's bar & mini bagel w/cream cheese
dinner:

water: over 64 oz
excercise: 2 - 15 mintue walks & 23 minutes jog/walking

Breakfast-- 2 waffles with pepperjack cheese and an egg
Snack-- granola bar
Lunch-- 6 inch veggie delight from subway, banana
Snack-- herserys 100 cal pack, then 100 cal back of popcorn a couple of hours later
Dinner-- serving and a half of pasta, two bread sticks
Snack-- sugar free, fat free pudding with a bit of cool whip on top

Water-- no idea. I drank a liter at work and then some glasses at home

Exercise-- 45 minutes, golds gym cardio workout

Thoughts & Feelings-- should have gotten up early today to run. feeling really unmotivated with my running lately and why can't I be okay with that? i think i've identified myself as a runner for so long i feel bad when i do other workouts.

Breakfast-- cereal
Snack-- Fiber one bar
Lunch-- smart ones frozen meal and side salad with FF dressing
Snack-- 2 devil's food cookies
Dinner-- pot roast, green beans and side salad with FF dressing
Snack-- 2 oranges

Water-- I definitely didn't get in enough today. I'll try better tomorrow.

Exercise-- Jillian's cardio kickboxing and another Jillian video, but cant remember the name.

Thoughts & Feelings-- I've been doing terrible all weekend, but today was "get back on track" day and I did wonderful!
