Exercise Plans--First two weeks will be focused on weights/cardio/stretch 6x a week. After the 17th, I'll be doing weight training 2x week, karate 3x week, and yoga 2x week for school and squeezing in whatever else I can around that 7 hours.
Nutrition Plans--Eat in my ranges: Calories 2089-2507, Carbs 313-376, Protein 131-157, Fat 35-42
Other Goals / Plans--Kick butt in my Athletic Training Classes!

Saturday--10 Minute Trainer Total Body--10 minutes
Sunday--Rest

Week 1 Totals--10 minutes

Week 2--August 3-9
Monday--Weight training at gym--Chest and Triceps--30 minutes, Bike--15 minutes, Treadmill--10 minutes, Stretch--5 minutes; Total 60 minutes
Tuesday--none, went to the dentist and had oral surgery, not allowed to exercise for a couple of days
Wednesday--Aerobics in training--20 minutes (Wasn't suppose to do it, but don't tell the dentist!)

Change--+1 lb. / -1.5% Which translates to a loss of 2.56 pounds of fat, and a gain of 3.56 pounds of muscle
Goal Outcomes--Well, I had to drop my weight training class because of pulling some muscles, but the martial arts and yoga classes are going great. So are the rest of my school classes.

Exercise Plans--treadmill everyday, atleast 3 miles!
Nutrition Plans-- 4 small meals a day.. not alot of carbs...lots of lean meat and veggies
Other Goals / Plans--to be able to fit in my prepreg jeans

Sunday--3 miles (43 mins)

Tuesday--3.1 miles 420 cals weight 156.5
Wednesday--3.15 mies 451 cals weight 156
Thursday-- no treadmill... did bad and drank beer with mom stepdad and df...lots of dancing tho!
Friday--followed my diet but felt crappy so no treadmill but i was very active and danced around everywhere while cleaning!
