Sorry ladies, I've been super busy and not on here like I would like. Since I haven't been weighing in myself, I totally forgot about them, honestly. Anyway, check in here and lets get back on track with our weigh ins.

thoughts: Excited, motivated, encouraged!! Now I'm loosing the weight I need to tone up the excess skin and flabby muscles on my tummy. My knees are feeling better again, so I think I will try to find a new exercise routine to do.

Yesterday I weighed in at 184.
Next week I hope to lose 3lbs to put me back at a 25lb loss.

Today i was 167.2. I don't remember last week. I'll be tracking every month probably since I started P90x...but i'll do the weigh in weekly, I just don't expect to see big losses yet. I have been flipping from 166.2-176 so we'll see what the next month brings.

I weigh in daily but maybe I'll try to post on here w/ a Sunday weigh-in every week.
7/26: 219.5
8/2: 217
- 2.5 pounds

Not too bad! This is about average for me, although I could have done a little better the last few days, but I was struggling to get to payday and running out of food so I did the best I could. The moving craziness is starting so I'm trying not to let it get to me. I'm going to try to workout hard this week and hope next week will be better.

Thoughts & Feelings--Motivated to get my workout on! Seriously, I'm going to try to check in on here with a weigh in weekly, but I'm the worst about forgetting to step on the scale, so ya'll may have to remind me.
