I have a question for anyone that would know. Yesterday morning I weighed 154.6. I ate really healthy all day yesterday (my first day back on track!) and this morning I weighed 150.2. Do you think that 4.4 pounds was just water weight? I know that you can't actually lose 4 lbs in one day!

I have big time fluxes with water weight so yes you could have been retaining that much water. I have seen my weight flux that much in a day before.

it could very well be water weight and maybe some fat, but i know when i go from bad eating to healthy ill lose...for instance On Sunday i had me a late late night mc donald's burger and fries and drink after having had tropical smoothie sandwich and smoothie during the day, a Mc D's ice cream sunday and my regular breakfast AND the quesadilla DJ didn't eat... on monday morning i was 167.8...the next day after 1 day of p90x (which i don't think p90x did it) but eating very healthy, low sodium, drinking tons of water...i weighed 165.8 Tuesday morning. This morning i am down .4 lbs. I attribute it to my healthy diet and exercising while drinking water and of course healthier diets are lower in sodium so it'll help.

Could be. I too can gain that much a day, and usually do. I don't weigh myself at night anymore, and really wish that I could make am dr appts! LOL

I think it was water weaight too although i have never lost that much in 1 day i have lost 2-3lbs

It was probably mostly water weight. Also, healthy eating will regulate your bowels, so you could have lost some weight in fecal matter. I've seen a 15 pound loss in a week from extra fruits and veggies "cleaning things out".
