breakfast: natural pb and low sugar preserves on 2 pcs whole wheat bread, oj
snack: none
lunch: potatoes, green beans, and ham, corn bread, skim milk
snack: 2 whole wheat carrot muffins
dinner: partially whole wheat pizza with turkey pepperoni (2pcs), salad with light dressing, green tea
snack: none
water: aiming for 96 ounces

exercise: not feeling that great, so taking a rest day...plus last day of summer break...the "grind" starts again tomorrow.

feelings: down to 175.2 today! Only 1/2 a pound until I'm not obese anymore!

Breakfast--2 pieces of toast (Don't know if you can really call it that, though, because I basically eat the smushy, buttery part and leave the crust and bottom of the bread because I'm still not able to eat anything solid.

Snack--cottage cheese and applesauce





Water--48 ounces so far
