breakfast: homemade hashbrown, 2% cheesy eggs, oj, strawberries
snack: nonfat iced latte
lunch: 1 pc sausage Chicago style pizza, 1 garlic roll
snack: banana
dinner: beef/veggie/barley soup, homemade ww bread, skim milk
snack: 1 pc cake and ice cream (DH's birthday)
water: 96 ounces
exercise: jog/walk (1 min walk, 35 min jog, 4 min walk)

breakfast: eggwhite sandwich w/ nf sharp cheddar cheese slice on 2 slices double fiber whole grain bread
snack: strawberry milk muscle milk protein shake & 1 cup fage nf yogurt w/ ls straw preserves
lunch: 3 oz chicken breast caesar salad (using 1 tbsp lite caesar)
snack: p90x recovery shake w/ 4 tbsp hemp protein/fiber powder
dinner: 1 slice 93% lean ground beef meatloaf w/ smoothie - 1/2 c blueberries - 1cup strawberries - 1 cup ns vanilla soy milk, 1 cup oikos vanilla greek yogurt & 2 cups baby spinach & 1 shot vanilla designer whey

exercise: 83 minutes - 60 minutes of Turbo Jam get on the ball & the rest doing P90x Stretch X
water: more than enough
