breakfast: oatmeal
snack: none
lunch: oatmeal
snack: none
dinner: 7 perogies and sour cream
snack: ??? maybe pop corn?

exercise: so far I've done 7km walking (half uphill, half downhill), am hoping to do another 4-6km tonight
water: 20oz so far, this has been a bad water day.
thoughts & feelings: I'm feeling decent, but hungry! UGH. I can't wait for suppertime (i'm still at work). I love walking to work, it rev's me up so much. I saw 162-162 lbs on the scale yesterday, so I'm feeling pretty good about myself today!

breakfast: 1 piece rye toast with margarine, a slice of tomato, salt & pepper
snack: 1 caramel rice cake
lunch: stir-fry made with carrots, broccoli, chicken and rice, 1/2 waffle with 1 tbsp ice cream for dessert!

exercise: 40 min. strength/cardio
water: not really keeping track, I think 4 cups already
thoughts & feelings: I haven't done the food/exercise log in a LONG time but I finally feel like I am back on track enough to participate! I am really liking my new workouts and I am already down a pound or a little more from last week. I hope it is because I am doing something right.

My first postpartum AF arrived. Boo!

breakfast: choc/banana smoothie (Ovaltine, banana, skim milk, ff yogurt, flax seed), oj
lunch: leftover shepherd's pie, raisins
dinner: lowfat pizza pasta casserole, skim milk, asparagus
snack: natural pb and j on 2 pcs ww bread, choc skim milk
water: 96 ounces
exercise: 30DS, 40 min BL cardio, 40 min jog

(calories: 2100ish in, 2260ish out)

lunch: 100g (4oz) of Chicken Breast and 230g (8oz) of salad with 1tbsp of Fat Free Italian Dressing
snack: None
dinner: 100g (4oz) of lean steak and 230g (8oz) of BBQ'd veggies
snack: None

exercise: Today was my day off, tomorrow I have a personal training session
water: So far, 3litres


thoughts & feelings: I just started and haven't seen any results yet (obviously) but I feel pretty motivated and I hope I see some results soon.
