breakfast: watermelon and Blueberry Chobani greek yogurt
snack
lunch: Lean Cuisine Tortilla crusted fish
snack: multi-grain dinner roll
dinner: tilapia and roasted veggies
snack:

exercise: None
thoughts & feelings: I slept late today but got a lot done around the house! So I don't really feel bad for skipping my workout. I'll go for a jog tomorrow.
water: 96 oz. so far

breakfast: Protein Shake with Peaches
snack: Peach
lunch: Chicken Breast and salad
snack: None
dinner: Chicken Breast and grilled veggies with 1 piece of Ryevita
snack: None

exercise: 15 warm up/stretching, 30 minutes strength training with my personal trainer, 45 minutes low impact cardio
thoughts & feelings: I feel full today, I'm paranoid and think I may have eaten too much today since I am usually hungry all day.
water: So far almost 3 litres.

breakfast: berry protein smoothie w/ 1/2 cup ff yogurt
snack: light muscle milk shake
lunch: tilapia & green beans
snack: banana & grapes, Muscle milk shake & then had handful of sunchips w/ can of diet cherry coke (still not finished)
dinner: breadcrumb coated chicken breast w/ broccoli and 3/4 cup brown rice
snack: n/a

exercise: rest day
thoughts & feelings: I hope i start seeing someserious fat burning soon
water: more than enough i am sure

What's with all the fish today?

breakfast: natural pb on ww bread, oj
snack: skim iced latte, apple dippers
lunch: lowfat pizza pasta, m&m (mini size)
snack: banana
dinner: light artichoke chicken, parmesan green beans, skim milk
snack: light cottage cheese
water: 96 ounces
exercise: 30 min TJ Fat Blaster

IDK amy but you messed up the trend! LOL I think Michelle had 2 servings of fish so you got lucky LOL
