Today is Day 1 of back on the healthy lifestyle wagon, attempt #1 of 2013 lol! I will train two days a week (half hr cardio, half hr weights) with a trainer, then do another half hour of cardio during the week. I will also start doing yoga classes three a week, two of them right after my training sessions. That's six workouts a week, plus food journal and clean eating. I am committed to this for at least three months, usually I last two weeks. Can you help make me accountable? I really need this.

Thank you ladies!
I did it! I did 30 mins of cardio, 30 mins of weights and 1hr of hot yoga! It was amazing! I even drank water and ate well today! She's doing my pics and measurements on Thursday.
Tomorrow I have off
Thursday I repeat today including yoga

yes, I'm working with a trainer two days a week then doing yoga on my own in a class. I've clocked two hours of training this week plus four hours of yoga!

Very cool, Marie! How do you like the yoga class? I've never done yoga with a class, just with videos, and I find I usually have a section of "guided meditation" or something similar that I have to skip.

Yoga is great, I've never done it before except for three prenatal yoga classes six years ago. I do it right after my workout so I get a great stretch and am not nearly as sore, our classes vary from1-23 people depending on day and time. Its great! Going back tomorrow morning

another one hr yoga class today! I've already increased my strength and flexibility considerably, and I'm looking leaner and less short of breath going up stairs!

Fighting a stomach flu bug that went through the house, I did cardio/weights/yoga today, but it was really hard. Cancelled the rest of the day and came home and slept! Feeling much better now
