If you have a really busy day like lots of doctors appointments or company visiting, etc. What do you do? What if you really don't have time to get in the kind of workout you want. Do you normally just skip your workout or do something else? Just curious. This happens to me a lot and I'm trying to plan better so that it doesn't keep me from working out.

That said, if I had a day where I really didn't have time to workout, I would either make that day a rest day (depending on how I did the rest of the week) or I'd just try to do a quicker version of my workout, maybe do just upper body or just lower body or just do 20 minutes of walking or something like that that day.

My running goes by the wayside on busy days, but I try to make up for it by doing quick little exercises throughout the day. It doesn't seem like much, but it adds up over the course of the day. I'll park at the end of the lot if I'm running errands. I'll do some calf raises, lunges in the bathroom or in the kitchen, and I'll pick up my arm weights here and there for a couple sets. I'll also do quick workouts like that during shower/bath time. I'll let Caleb play and I'll do a few push-ups (which I HATE!). But it's hard on busy days, and lately, I've been slacking lol.

It depends. If I have time I will do something quicker like 20 minutes of weighted intervals or something. Or I will skip it and call that a rest day.

I'm an early morning exerciser so if I don't get up and workout first thing in the morning then there is no way I will have time to do it later. My days are just way too busy. So I just get up earlier to get in my workout. After I put the kids to bed at night I will usually try to do 10 minutes or so of abs.

It depends. Sometimes I'll go for a walk at night or in the early morning...but usually I just skip it altogether if I'm too busy.

If it is really busy then it usually just gets put down as a rest day. Otherwise I try to do some extra cleaning around the house in between things.

It gets put down as a rest day. If I am over on my calories though I HAVE to work out though.
