It might be better for me to workout in the mornings but I usually do it in the afternoon with my husband. I try to get all of my priorities taken care of first and then we exercise. If I have a day where I think I am going to dread working out or if I'm having a hard time with motivation that day, I will try to workout early so I can get it over with. But, usually we workout in the afternoon sometime.

I work out after work. About 5:30 p.m.

I am trying to train my body to wake up at 5:30a.m. so I can get in an exercise before taking Samy to school. I will have to see how that goes though. I would prefer early mornings, but I do sleep better at night with night workouts.

Every time I have ever resolved to wake up earlier to work out before my day starts, I manage to keep it up maybe two days, LOL! All the coffee in the world will never make me a morning person.

I work out in the late morning or afternoon, sometimes even into the evening. I look forward to my workouts, so I'm not usually in danger of skipping it. That's just what seems to work best for my family's routine and my own personal body clock.

Right now I do my walking in the late morning. It works for but when summer gets here I'll have to switch to evenings. I too am NOT a morning person, lol.

Around 2 in the afternoon. I try to get my daily cleaning done before noon (sometimes it runs after noon a bit). Then I like to let dinner settle a bit while I play with Josh or catch up on JM. Also, I'm always starving after I work out so it times it just right for a mid afternoon snack.
