I know everybody is different but what are some things you have tried in the past that just weren't a good match for you, either because you didn't enjoy it or you didn't see results. Exercise or diet.

I really haven't tried many things. I usually do my own thing. The only thing I did try was Power 90 (before P90X) and I really didn't like it, didn't stick with it, so I didn't see results. I have tried other videos in the past when I was younger, but I've finally decided that I don't like videos. I would rather walk or do calisthenics or something like that than a video.

There have been lots of videos I've tried and didn't like. Before I really got serious about my health I had tried a few diet supplements and pills, bad idea. I got it in my head once that I was going to do a fasting cleanse- really stupid thing to do with absolutely no prep. It takes literally years of gentle cleansing before a typical person can handle a fast without doing damage.

For me personally....I bought a Tae Bo video a couple of years ago and I cannot stand it, lol. I used to take metabolife during the metabolife/ephedra craze....that stuff is BAD BAD BAD....plus I just gained the weight back double. Oh boy, that was like 14-15 years ago or something. When I was a teen I went on an all lettuce diet....after a few of days I was done and needless to say I refused to eat salad for years after that....ugh. Now that I'm older and wiser I will say your health is so important!! Who cares if you are a little overweight as long as you eat healthy and do some type of exercise!! So glad I'm not one of those Hollywood people.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred was not a good fit for me. I've tried it many many times and have never made it longer than 2 weeks before giving up.

Am I weird because I actually LIKE the taste of the slimfast shakes

I haven't really tried anything that hasn't worked for me. The problem is finding something I like. Growing up I was very active in gymnastics and cheerleading so tumbling is my natural cardio and muscle training but I rarely get the opportunity to do that anymore.

Thank you Kiliki for my beautiful siggy!
